15 years of Männerfragen

On Wednesday, 17 June 2009, ten men and two women met for the founding meeting of the Association for Men's Issues, the successor organisation to the MannsBilder specialist group. This was founded in 2001 by the then Equal Opportunities Office. In 2008, the question of reorganising the group came up again and led to the founding of the association. The MannsBilder group was awarded second prize in the 2009 Equal Opportunities Prize for its concept.

The way in which the association will celebrate this anniversary on Monday 17 June 2024 is currently under discussion.
