HelpMen
HelpMenTT is a project funded by the EU within the framework of the "Erasmus plus" program. The acronym "HelpMen" is derived from "Health Literacy Progress for Men in Europe".
In order for men - including those with educational and access disadvantages - to take care of their health, they must be reached by health education. It is therefore necessary to sensitize and qualify key persons as trainers. And specific and new forms of learning are needed. Both are supported by the project HelpMenTTT developed and tested.

Gentlemen's Ride
The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (DGR) is an annual event for motorcyclists held worldwide since 2012. Although it's called Gentleman's Ride it is open to all genders. In Liechtenstein this event is organized in cooperation with Gerald Bartel, Bike Garage Anstalt Triesen.

Kampfesspiele
Boys want to fight, wrestle and scuffle - non-violently and powerfully. Men also enjoy fair, powerful physical contact. These two potentials are brought together and self-esteem is strengthened in the process.
Self-confidence and self-esteem are to be strengthened. Those who know their own strength well and use it skillfully and fairly are respected by others. Those who have courage fight fairly and not brutally. Sons are eager to experience fathers fighting and playing. It's great for fathers (or a well-trusted male caregiver) to have powerful, dynamic physical contact with their children that both enjoy without overstepping their boundaries.
In addition to the playful and combative elements, theoretical input on violence prevention is central. The main goal is to find a positive way of dealing with male power and aggression. The difference between fighting and violence, fairness and meanness, togetherness and counteracting each other can also be experienced.
