Crash course for Dads-to-be

The crash course for Dads-to-be from the Swiss Fathers Network at Triemli City Hospital offers an exchange of ideas and answers about the adventure of becoming a father – developed by fathers for fathers. You will receive inputs on your role as a father, the relationship between dad and baby, balancing work and family life as well as energy management.

Course contents

Part 1: newdad@home (18.30 – 20.15)
Pregnancy, childbirth and the first days and months at home with your baby  – from a father’s perspective

Part 2: newdad@work (20.15 – 22.00)
Balancing work and family life and personal energy management – from a father’s perspective

Price

• CHF 150.- (instead of CHF 210.- due to sponsoring of the Stadtspital Triemli)
• CHF 120 for members of the "Verein für Männerfragen". Please email us the course confirmation to administration@maennerfragen.li and we will transfer the amount of CHF 30.- back to you.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days before the course takes place. If canceled later, the course must be paid for. If you cancel at short notice due to health or family emergencies, you can attend a later father crash course free of charge.
